• Educational certification

• You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Misuse the platform
• Upload harmful, abusive, or unlawful content
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Use ZINY for commercial exploitation without permission

6. Child Safety & Data Protection

• ZINY follows privacy-first, parent-controlled data practices.
• Child data is never sold or publicly displayed.
• Aggregated, anonymized insights may be used to improve services.

10. Limitation of Liability

ZINY is provided "as is". We are not liable for:

• Parenting outcomes
• Behavioral results
• Indirect or consequential damages

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
